Rosemary essential oil, 100% pure, natural and total, from controlled biodynamic cultivations. Extract by steam distillation from the whole flowering plant.
The Rosemary essential oil, pure, by Flora bio, is indicated for cold skin not very perfused and pale, respiratory accumulations with excess of phlegm, cold, cough, otitis, sinusitis, bronchitis. Useful also in case of rheumatism, muscular contractures, joint pains and myalgias. Also useful in cases of chronic fatigue, nervous exhaustion, and stress.
Advices for use:
– Topical applications: Rosemary essential oil can be used in neutral gel or shampoo on skin and hair, fats, dandruff, acne, in the maximum percentage of 6.5%. Perfect for fragile and weak hair that fall often, it is also useful in case of oily hair. It counteracts hair loss because it stimulates circulation, promotes tissue oxygenation and hair regrowth, fortifying and making them grow faster. In case of dry dandruff you can add a total of 10-15 drops of essential oil to a 250 ml bottle of neutral bio shampoo, alone or associated with tea tree essential oil. It is advisable to let it act for a few minutes before rinsing.
Strengthens circulation in cold and pale skin and can be used for this purpose in massage or in localized applications, even in case of rheumatism, muscle contractures, cramps, sprains, muscle pains and myalgias, “cold” (non-inflammatory acute) conditions such as poor circulation and cold feet. Massage is one of the best ways to use these conditions. In the massage it is very useful as a tonic in case of debilitation, fatigue and convalescence.
– Inhalation: use in the bathroom as a mental stimulant after a sleepless or restful night, to recover the energies. As an environmental fragrance during mental efforts (study, computer work). In the massage it is very useful as “tiramisu” in case of debilitation, fatigue and in case of convalescence. In the suffumigi or nebulization ways used for the prevention of infections, respiratory congestion with phlegm, cold, cough, otitis, sinusitis, bronchitis. Inhalations of a few drops are the ideal treatment for these conditions, in particular for those of the catarrhal type. The oil can also be used for this purpose as an environmental fragrance since the vapors can reduce the load of pathogens in the air, but adequate ventilation of the environment should be ensured to avoid eye irritation. Local application as a liniment on the chest performs an action similar to inhalations, and is therefore indicated for the same conditions.
