Herbal tea for sleep, instructions for Use:
- Infusion herbal tea for sleep: Put in a cup 1 soup spoon equal to 4.1 g of natural herbal tea to sleep and then pour boiling water. Leave to infuse for 5 minutes. Filter and drink as it is or sweeten with Stevia *.
- Decoction: Pour 1 tablespoon of product into the cooking pan together with the water. Bring to a boil over low heat for a variable period, for 5-10 minutes. Leave to rest for another 15 minutes, filter and drink as it is or sweeten with Stevia *.
