Fennel is useful for the regular gastrointestinal motility and the elimination of bowel gases, while beta galactosidase improves the digestion of lactose in subjects who poorly digest lactose.

Ingredients: a capsule contains dibasic calcium phosphate (bulking agent), fennel fruit dry extract tit. 0.9-1.1% in essential oil (fennel, maltodextrin), beta galactosidase tit. 100000 ALU / g (on maltodextrin), alpha galactosidase tit. 30000 GalU / g; agglomerating agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; outer shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
How to take: 1-2 capsules before main meals or in any case when taking foods containing lactose or non-digestible carbohydrates. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
