Stefano Ericini from Bormio, herbalist technician and skilled artisan distiller then prepares high quality bitter liqueurs and grappas on site, in fine barrels, following the recipes handed down from father to son.
All the bitters, grappas, liqueurs that you find in this department are 100% Made in Italy and completely natural products, without synthetic chemical ingredients that instead abound in the products of the commercial liquor industry. They are handcrafted by the Carlo Ercini Laboratory in Bormio for infusion of herbs, fruits and honey, in alcohol or grape marc grappa, without artificial colorings.
