Drops for sleeping adults and children and not only: in another dosage they are also used to calm anxiety and stress.
Here we see the recommended dosages depending on the need:
For states of anxiety, stress: Adults: 10 drops in the morning, 10 in the afternoon, 10 in the evening, for a total of 30 drops per day; for children 5 drops at the time of anxiety or 5 drops in the morning and 5 in the afternoon, for a total of 10 drops per day.
To sleep: Adults: 50 / maximum 100 drops (100 drops are equal to a volume of 5 complete droppers) in a little water in the evening. Children over three years: 25 drops in a little water in the evening. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
