The bibliography shows that the Canadian Grapevine bud extract is used in inflammatory syndromes with articular localization and for articular very painful, rapidly evolving and deforming. Remedy of tendons and ligaments, it fights fibrous hardening and therefore deformation and sclerosis. Its prescription is optimal in rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, scapulohumeral periarthritis, painful and deforming forms of the small joints, post-inflammatory adhesions. The action of this bud extract can be reinforced by Ribes nigrum. For example, in arthritis, one of the recommended associations is: Blackcurrant bud extract 50 drops in water before breakfast, Canadian Grapevine bud extract 50 drops in water before lunch, Red Grapevine bud extract 50 drops in water before dinner; for cycles of 2-3 months (20 days of treatment and 10 days of break).
